In 1979 thanks to Aldo Pioldi (photograph of the father) (owner of Pioldi & c, manufacturer of plastic material moulds), his son Marco Pioldi (see photo) (currently the owner of TMP) started work in the mould construction sector, first as a milling and tooling mechanic, then as a CNC programmer and finally as a CAD CAM programmer. He then went on to develop 3D tools and modelling of mould parts that led Pioldi & C to become one of the primary mould construction firms with the most advanced technologies.
In 1997, as his father decided to retire, Marco decided to exploit his workshop experience and open a technical office provided CAD CAM and mould design & engineering for outsiders. Over the years, the company evolved in an exponential manner, changing its name to respond better to market demands.
The office can currently depend on qualified staff, the most prestigious CAD (NX Siemens and CATIA) and customised by Web software for faster project development. In addition, it now also provides its customers access to a portal where it is possible to request quotations for the construction of different parts of the mould.
We also have a strong and long-lasting collaboration with the TEAM 3D company that deals with CAD, CAM, CAE and PLM solutions.
